I have made my insurance claim now what?

*If you have a Mercury or Farmers Insurance claim we will contact you when your claim has been submitted to us to set up a time for you to come in for an estimate and vehicle repairs.

*If your claim has been submitted to another shop but you would like us to handle your repairs you will need to call your agent and ask them to
re assign your claim to Fortes Auto Body before an estimate can be completed and repairs scheduled. 

*If you have another insurance company do not worry, we can help repair your vehicle! We accept all insurance companies.  Please call us to set up an appointment for an estimate and vehicle repairs. 

What happens next?

*Once we have received your claim package we will schedule you to come in for an estimate.  Estimates take about 10-15 minutes to complete.  We do
estimates Monday thru Friday between 8am and 4pm

*Once your estimate is completed we will be able to schedule a time for repairs that works well for you.  If
needed we can arrange for a rental car company to pick you up.   

I’m ready for repairs, anything I should know?

*The earlier in the day you get your vehicle in the sooner work can begin and the sooner you will have your vehicle back. 

*If needing a rental car allow time for them to pick you and then to rent the vehicle from them.

*If we find any additional
not on the original estimate we will notify you of the findings. 

* You will be kept in the loop of the repair process.
